Gym Member Orientation

A membership to our fitness center will allow you to exercise in a safe, comfortable environment.

New Gym Member Orientation

A one hour gym orientation is scheduled by appointment upon your enrollment to our fitness center. During this time, you will be shown proper use of all equipment and will receive an introductory exercise routine. For the orientation we recommend you dress in sneakers and comfortable exercise attire.
